As early as 1948, following the Holocaust tragedy, Western countries, through the UN, approved the colonization (the theft) of Palestinian territories by suffering Jews, contributing to the creation of the State of Israel: "Jewish nation-state." This has reinforced an apartheid system against Palestinians, pursuing policies of dispossession, colonization (notably in the West Bank), and systematic violence. Since its founding, Israel has constantly violated international law by massacring, expelling, and killing Palestinians to seize their lands (Nakba, colonization of the West Bank, etc.). The ambitions of "Greater Israel" and the reconstruction of the Temple have fuelled these violations, with targeted attacks and assassinations, treating Palestinians as sub-humans.For 77 years, Palestinians have endured the theft of their lands, with almost total indifference from the Western world, which is partly responsible for the creation of this state. It’s a story of David (poor Palestine) against Goliath (wealthy Israel). Their efforts to draw attention to their suffering, for recognition, the release of Palestinian prisoners, and the end of administrative detention (hostage-taking during the Olympics, etc.), and more recently, the attacks of October 7, 2023, are not the right methods. Violence only breeds more violence. The question is: what alternatives do they have? Facing isolation, they often find themselves alone, even in 2025. Worldwide, protests are emerging, such as those around the MADDEN boat going to Gaza, demanding an end to “genocide” and war. This is progress, but it’s not enough! It’s time for the international community to acknowledge its mistakes in creating the State of Israel and work to repair this injustice. One proposal is theDissolution/Transformation of the State of Israelinto a single secular, binational, democratic state, non-apartheid, guaranteeing equal rights for all its citizens, regardless of faith or origin. A state that respects international law and ensures peaceful coexistence between Jews and Arabs. Prussia, perceived as the cradle of German militarism (Nazism), was dissolved by the Control Council on 25/02/1947. With the genocide in Gaza, colonization of the West Bank, etc., some Israelis have become as barbaric as some Germans under Hitler. It’s time to do with Israel what was done with Prussia: dissolve/transform. The UN has never dissolved a state, but in Israel’s case, its role in creating this state could justify legal action to correct this mistake. It is urgent to initiate a resolution on this matter at the UN. Although it may upset some, like Netanyahu or the far right, it’s time to listen to this proposal. Dès 1948, suite à la tragédie de l’Holocauste, les Occidentaux, par l’intermédiaire de l’ONU, ont donné leur feu vert à la colonisation (le vol) des territoires palestiniens par des Juifs en souffrance, contribuant ainsi à la création de l’État d’Israël : "État-nation du peuple juif ". Ce dernier a renforcé un système d’apartheid contre les Palestiniens, en poursuivant des politiques de cxir.fr/dépossession, de colonisation (notamment en Cisjordanie) et de violence systématique. Depuis sa fondation, Israël a constamment bafoué le droit international, en massacrant, expulsant et assassinant des Palestiniens pour s’approprier leurs terres (Nakba, Colonisations de Cisjordanie, etc.). La poursuite des ambitions de “Grande Israël” et la reconstruction du Temple ont alimenté ces violations, avec des attaques et des assassinats ciblés, traitant les Palestiniens comme des sous-hommes. Cela fait 77 ans que les Palestiniens subissent le vol de leurs terres, dans une indifférence quasi totale du monde occidental, responsable en partie de la création de cet État. C’est une histoire de David (Palestine pauvre) contre Goliath (Israël riche). Leurs efforts pour attirer l’attention sur leur souffrance, pour la reconnaissance, la libération des prisonniers palestiniens et la fin de la détention administrative (prise d’otages lors des Jeux Olympiques, etc.) et, récemment, les attaques du 7 octobre 2023, ne sont pas la bonne méthode. La violence ne fait qu’engendrer plus de violence. La question est : quelles alternatives ont-ils ? Face à l’isolement, ils se retrouvent souvent seuls, même en 2025. Partout dans le monde, des manifestations émergent, comme celles autour du passage du bateau MADDEN à Gaza, réclamant la fin du « génocide » et de la guerre. C’est une avancée, mais ce n’est pas suffisant ! Il est temps que la communauté internationale reconnaisse ses erreurs dans la création de l’État d’Israël et œuvre à réparer cette injustice. Une proposition serait la dissolution/transformation de l’État d’Israël en un seul État laïque, binational, démocratique, non-apartheid, garantissant les mêmes droits à tous ses citoyens, indépendamment de lhttps://cxir.fr/eur foi ou origine. Un État qui respecterait le droit international et assurerait la coexistence pacifique entre Juifs et Arabes. La Prusse perçue comme le berceau du militarisme allemand (nazisme) a été dessoudé par le conseil de contrôle le 25/02/1947. Avec le génocide de GAZA, les colonisations de Cisjordanie, etc, certains Israéliens sont devenus aussi barbares comme certains allemands sous Hitler. Il est temps de faire avec Israël, comme on a fait avec La Prusse. La dissolution/transformation. L’ONU n’a jamais dissous d’État, mais dans le cas d’Israël, son rôle dans la création de cet État pourrait justifier une action juridique pour corriger cette erreur. Il est urgent de lancer une résolution à ce sujet à l’ONU. Bien que cela puisse déplaire à certains, comme Netanyahu ou l’extrême droite, il est temps d’entendre cette proposition. Il ne faut plus laisser la politique d’Israël dicter l’agenda mondial, notamment avec des attaques contre l’Iran. Nous pouvons faire entendre notre voix avec le hashtag #DissolvonsIsrael. Certains pensent qu’un seul État est irréaliste, mais l’histoire nous montre que la réconciliation est possible, même après des atrocités : entre Allemands et Français, Irlandais et Anglais, Rwandais ou Sud-Africains. Les Israéliens et Palestiniens veulent tous deux la même terre pour eux même. Pourquoi ne pas la partager dans un seul État ? Un État laïque, binational, garantissant la paix et l’égalité pour tous. D’autres arrestations auraient également eu lieu. Les manifestants ont scandé “Honte à vous !” au moment du départ de Kristersson
